Annual Management Fest at GITAM to Feature CHRO Conclave and Networking Events

GITAM School of Business is set to host the annual management fest, GITAM Excellence Meet (GEM) Saamarthya 2025, from January 29 to 31 on the university campus. The event, themed "Saamarthya Empowering Future Leaders," highlights the crucial role that B-Schools play in developing future leaders.

Announcing the event, GITAM School of Business Dean Raja Phani Pappu explained that the main goal of GEM is to help students realize their potential by providing practical learning opportunities. He added that the fest would allow students to manage various aspects of operations, including fundraising, marketing, operations, and finance. Furthermore, GEM aims to sensitize students to their future roles as responsible leaders by organizing CSR activities and contributing to society. GEM CEO Shyam Sundar Mishra and Convenor B. Krishna Kumari shared that a premier networking event, the "Chief Human Resource Officers (CHRO) Conclave," will take place on January 29. The conclave will feature CHROs and industry professionals from renowned organizations such as Jio, WIPRO, Novotel, Yes Bank, and Shriram Finance.

They explained that the event will give students a unique opportunity to interact with thought leaders and learn about the latest trends in human resource management, enhancing their employability skills. The organizing committee also announced that students can register for GEM Fest-2025 through the "Young Stop" app. GEM Saamarthya 2025 presents an exceptional chance for students to develop practical skills and connect with industry leaders.
