IIM-Lucknow confers 785 degrees at the 38th annual convocation

Recognizing Academic Achievements and Outstanding Contributions

A significant milestone was achieved by the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIM L) when 785 students were conferred with their respective degrees at the 38th annual convocation. Among the distinguished attendees were Natarajan Chandrasekaran, Chairperson of the Board of Governors at IIM Lucknow, and Archana Shukla, the Director of IIM Lucknow. Mallika Srinivasan, Chairperson & Managing Director of Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

From the 38th batch of the Post Graduate Programme in Management (MBA), 504 students were honored for their academic achievements. In the 19th batch of the Post Graduate Programme in Agri-Business Management (MBA-ABM), 56 students received accolades, while 18 were recognized in the Doctoral Programme in Management (PhD). In addition to this 6 students were celebrated in the Executive Fellow Programme in Management (PhD). In the 8th batch of the PG program in Sustainable Management (MBA-SM), 41 students were applauded. Moreover, 106 students were honored in the 6th batch of the International Programme in Sustainable Management for Executives, and 54 students were commended in the 18th batch of the PG Programme in Management for Working Executives.

For the PG Programme in Management, several students received prestigious awards; Abhishek Mittal was conferred with the Chairman’s Gold Medal, and Deeksha Khatwani received the Director’s Medal. Bismita Sahoo was honored with the PGP Chairman’s Medal. And Sohini Sau was recognized with the Hari Shankar Singhania Medal for Best All-Rounder.

Shushobit Malik was presented the Chairman’s Gold Medal for the PG Programme in Sustainable Management. Aishwarya Kumar and Munish Kanna received the Chairman’s and Director’s Gold Medal from the International Programme in Management for Executives. Rashmi Mitta was bestowed with the Chairman’s Gold Medal for the PG Program in Management for Working Executives. The students carry with them invaluable skills and knowledge which was imparted to them by India’s biggest management institutions. The achievements of the students are a source of motivation and inspiration for future generations of students.
