Aum Valley School Hosts Successful CBSE Cluster-II Kho-Kho Meet
Intense Matches and Sportsmanship Highlight CBSE Kho-Kho Cluster-II Event

CBSE organised a four-day long Cluster-II Kho-Kho meet for 2024-25 that commenced on 25 September and was concluded by Aum Valley School in Titlagarh on 28 September. In the colorful parade of skill and good sportsmanship, approximately 1,500 boys and girls from different CBSE-affiliated schools in West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, and Odisha competed in three categories.
Notable attendees included Deepak Kumar Sahu, the founder and president of Aum Valley School, vice-chairperson Sangeeta Sahu, director Shashank Sahu, managing director Beeva Raj Gupta, and several members of the host school committee. Immediately following the opening ceremony, the tournament's first match pitted Laxmipati Public School of Rayagada against Vikash Residential School of Sambalpur in the under-19 boys division.
There were several thrilling and intense competitions over the four-day event. DAV Public School, Bankura won the under-14 division; Gurukul Public School, Kawardha won the under-17 division; and DAV Public School, Jharsuguda won the under-19 division in the boys' division. For the girls, the winners were St. Xavier's High School in Keonjhar for the under-19 division, Chhattisgarh Public School for the under-17 division, and Divya Jyoti Convent School in Odisha for the under-14 division. All of the contestants' skills and good manners were quite remarkable.
