Eduniversal Ranks MIT SCALE Network No. 1 for Eighth Consecutive Year

Supply chain education is crucial for businesses to thrive in a complex, globalised economy. It teaches the principles and practices needed to design, manage, and improve supply chains. This encompasses logistics, procurement, inventory management, production planning, and distribution.

Undoubtedly, the MIT Global Supply Chain and Logistics Excellence (SCALE) Network continues to secure its reputation as the world leader in supply chain education and research. Recognized as the top master's program for supply chain and logistics management by Eduniversal's 2024/2025 Best Masters Rankings for the eighth consecutive year, the SCALE Network’s mission is to deliver transformative education and research on a global scale. In this context, Loughborough University's new UK SCALE Centre is poised to play a pivotal role, with its innovative Supply Chain Management program and ambitious research plans, further enhancing the network's worldwide impact.

Eduniversal evaluates over 20,000 postgraduate programs annually, assessing academic reputation, employability, and student satisfaction. The UK SCALE Centre will join existing centres in the U.S., China, Spain, Colombia, and Luxembourg. He emphasized that initiatives like the InterAct Network and the Made Smarter Innovation program are providing essential training and insights for businesses and professionals. Godsell expressed excitement about expanding these efforts with the new MSc in supply chain management.

Jay Guo, Director of the Ningbo China Institute for Supply Chain Innovation (NISCI), stated that the MIT SCALE Network equips students with the tools, expertise, and global connections needed to excel in the evolving supply chain environment. Moreover, Susana Val, Director of Zaragoza Logistics Center (ZLC), noted that ZLC has educated over 5,000 logistics professionals from 90+ nationalities in the past 21 years.
