St. Mary’s School Students Win Medals in Sports Competitions
Young Champions: St. Mary’s School Athletes Excel in Javelin, Karate and More

Students from the St. Mary’s school, Chandigarh have excelled in various state and national sports events, securing top positions. Ritik Maan from Class II-A won a gold medal in javelin throw in the U-8 boys’ category at the Sub Junior and Junior State Athletics Championship. Samar from Class IV-A, also took home a gold medal in the U-10 boys’ category at the event. Aksh Mor from Class VI-C achieved gold in the U-12 boys’ javelin throw at the championship.
In the U-10 girls’ category, Samreen Saini from Class IV-A earned three silver medals at the championship. Harshit Hooda from Class VI-C won a silver medal at the third WSKO North India Karate Championship. Gurleen from Class VII-C secured a silver medal in the 600 m race and a bronze in the long jump at the Punjab Khel Mela. Finally, Harkarandeep Singh from Class VIII-C clinched a gold medal in U-17 boys’ wrestling at the Inter-School State Championship.
Chairman Rev. Fr. Aji K. Chacko and Principal Dr. Martin Das Rao congratulated all the students on their remarkable achievements and wished them continued success in their future endeavours.
