These scholarships are available to students studying in France for the first time and who are aged 30 or younger in the selection year. Additionally, eligibility extends to international students living in France for less than a year, those taking language courses (e.g., "FLE"), or those enrolled in non-degree training or internships. Students who have participated in mobility programs in France without receiving a degree from the French higher education system are also eligible.
