Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), a leading institution in technical education, has officially announced the schedule for the Regular and COP Practical/Project Examinations for the Even Semester (Phase 1) of the 2024–25 academic session. The notification, issued on 20 May 2025 by Prof. Deepak Nageria, the university’s Exam Controller, outlines the examination dates and guidelines for students across various programmes. According to the notification, the practical and project examinations for final semester students of various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes will take place between 24 May and 5 June 2025. In contrast, the exams for pre-final year students have been scheduled from 9 June to 18 June 2025. The detailed course-wise breakdown is as follows:
- BTech: 8th Semester (Final Year), 6th Semester (Pre-Final Year)
- BFA, BFAD & BHMCT: 8th Semester (Final Year), 6th and 4th Semesters (Pre-Final Year)
- BPharm: 7th and 8th Semesters (Final Year), 5th and 6th Semesters (Pre-Final Year)
- BVOC: 6th Semester (Final Year), 4th Semester (Pre-Final Year)
- MCA-INT, MBA-INT, MTech-INT, BArch: 10th Semester (Final Year), 4th, 6th, and 8th Semesters (Pre-Final Year)
- MURP, MCA & MBA (All Streams): 4th Semester (Final Year only)
Additionally, AKTU has instructed that internal marks, both Theory and Practical Sessional, for Regular and COP students must be uploaded online between 24 May and 5 June 2025, coinciding with the final semester practical exams. The university has also directed affiliated institutions to submit a hard copy of the signed internal marks along with the mobile biometric attendance report to the regional office by 10 June 2025. These measures aim to ensure timely compliance with examination protocols for the Even Semester (Phase 1) of the 2024–25 academic session.
