May 05, 2025 |
The COMEDK Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET) 2025 is a significant examination for students aspiring to join engineering, medical, and dental colleges in Karnataka. The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) recently released the UGET 2025 admit cards, enabling registered candidates to download them from the official website comedk.org.
With the exam scheduled for May 10, 2025, instead of the usual May 11, due to a scheduling conflict with other national-level exams, candidates are required to carry their admit card and a valid photo ID for entry into the examination center. To access their hall tickets, candidates must log in using their application number, date of birth, and password on the COMEDK portal. They should verify all details on the admit card before downloading and saving a copy for reference.
The UGET 2025 will be a multiple-choice (MCQ) format exam lasting three hours, featuring 180 questions across Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Each correct answer will earn one mark, with exam formats varying based on whether the student is applying for engineering or medical courses.
Following the exam, COMEDK will release a provisional answer key, allowing candidates to raise objections before the final results are declared. In 2024, the UGET results were published on May 24, and a similar timeline is expected this year.COMEDK has also warned candidates against using unauthorised third-party sources for tasks such as application submission, admit card downloads, and payments, advising them to avoid services from internet cafés, private consultants, or unverified websites. With approximately 1.2 lakh candidates appearing for the exam last year, UGET 2025 continues to draw significant interest from students across Karnataka and beyond, reinforcing its importance in the admission process for professional courses.
