JEE Main 2025: Key Dates and Schedule Released by National Testing Agency

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the dates for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025, a crucial exam for students aiming to enter prestigious engineering and architecture programs across India. The exam, scheduled from January 22 to January 30, 2025, the paper 1 exam of JEE Main is a gateway for students seeking admission to undergraduate engineering programs (BE/BTech) in esteemed institutions such as the National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs).

On the other hand, the Paper 2 exam is specifically designed for candidates aspiring to pursue BArch and BPlanning courses at various universities across the country. Additionally, Paper 1 serves as a qualifying exam for JEE Advanced, the entrance test for the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). This exam also includes a separate paper for candidates aspiring to pursue BArch and B.Planning courses at various universities. Paper 1 (BE/BTech) will be held on January 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29, 2025, with two shifts each day: the first from 9 am to 12 noon, and the second from 3 pm to 6 pm. Paper 2A (BArch), Paper 2B (B.Planning), and both Paper 2A and 2B together will be conducted on January 30, 2025, from 3 pm to 6:30 pm.

Students will soon be able to access their exam city intimation slips on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, with these slips expected in the first week of January 2025. Admit cards will be downloadable three days before the exam date, and the results for the first session are anticipated by February 12, 2025.
