NTPC 2025 Answer Key Released; Raise Challenges Online by Deadline

Railway Recruitment Board Opens Objection Window for NTPC CBT 1 Candidates

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has advanced its RRB NTPC 2025 recruitment process by releasing the provisional answer key for graduate-level posts. This announcement, made on 1 July, informed candidates who participated in Computer-Based Test 1 (CBT 1) under the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) that they can now access the provisional answer key via the official websites of their respective regional RRBs.

The examination, which was conducted from 5 to 24 June, aims to fill 11,558 vacancies for various roles including Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, and Commercial cum Ticket Clerk. In line with the Board’s emphasis on transparency and fairness, the release of the provisional answer key allows candidates to assess their performance and, if necessary, raise objections. Candidates had the opportunity to challenge any discrepancies in the provisional key until 6 July by submitting an objection fee of ₹50 per question, along with applicable bank charges. In cases where objections were found to be valid, the fee, excluding charges, would be refunded to the original account of payment.

To initiate the objection process, candidates were directed to the official RRB or regional NTPC website, where they could access the 'Objection Tracker for RRB NTPC CBT' section. Upon logging in with their registration number and date of birth, they were required to navigate to the objection tab, select ‘Click here to raise objections’, and then provide relevant details such as the question ID, language, and nature of the objection. Objections without payment, or those submitted beyond the deadline, were deemed inadmissible.

Importantly, the provisional answer key included comprehensive candidate-specific details such as name, roll number, examination dates, subjects, Board-designated correct options, individual responses, exam centre information, timing, and the status of each question. The release of the RRB NTPC 2025 provisional answer key marks a crucial step in upholding procedural transparency and allowing candidates to actively engage in the evaluation process.

Editor’s Note:

The release of the provisional answer key for the RRB NTPC 2025 graduate-level recruitment is a noteworthy development in ensuring a transparent, accountable, and candidate-centric selection process. With over 11,000 posts available across vital roles such as Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, and Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, the Railway Recruitment Board has rightly prioritised procedural fairness. By allowing candidates to access their responses, compare them against the official key, and raise objections within a designated window, the RRB reinforces its commitment to both accuracy and institutional integrity. Furthermore, the digitalised objection mechanism and the promise of fee reimbursement for valid claims add a layer of responsiveness that reflects best practices in high-volume public recruitment. As competitive examinations continue to play a central role in public sector employment in India, the RRB’s approach serves as a model for balancing efficiency with fairness. Such initiatives build trust among candidates and contribute to the broader goal of reinforcing public confidence in recruitment systems.

Skoobuzz believes that consistency in such transparent protocols will be crucial in shaping equitable employment pathways and upholding the credibility of India’s recruitment framework.
