Assistant Professors and Postdoctoral researchers will receive between 200,000 and 300,000 RMB annually, in addition to provided housing or an apartment subsidy, and up to 120,000 RMB in research funds. This group will also have access to conference funding, publishing support, and student supervision opportunities.
