Two Exciting Fulbright Opportunities for German Students in Technology, Engineering, and Diversity

The Fulbright Summer Study Programme in the USA is opening doors for German Bachelor students with an exciting new initiative. This year, the program is offering two unique opportunities tailored for students in the fields of technology and engineering, as well as those with a migration background. Designed to foster academic growth and cultural exchange, these programs provide an unparalleled chance for students to expand their horizons, gain invaluable experience, and connect with peers and professionals in the United States.

The ‘Leaders in Entrepreneurship’ programme for Bachelor students in technology and engineering will take place at Virginia Polytechnic Institute, Blacksburg, from 22 August to 13 September 2025. The three-week programme includes seminars, team projects, and insights into business and engineering studies in the USA. The application deadline is 5 March 2025.

The ‘Diversity Initiative’ for Bachelor students with a migration background will be held at the University of Maryland, College Park, from 22 August to 20 September 2025. This four-week programme covers Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) topics, complemented by excursions to Washington, D.C. and Baltimore. The application deadline is 5 March 2025. This opportunity will open doors for German Bachelor students to excel in their fields, gain international experience, and build a global network, all while participating in the prestigious Fulbright Summer Study Programme.
