Jindal Global Law School and University of Aizu Host Major AI Conference in 2025

Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) is dedicated to providing global legal exposure to its students and its curriculum emphasizes domestic, international, and comparative law, which is supported by collaborations and exchange programs with prominent universities and institutions around the world.  The University of Aizu is committed to Advancing Knowledge for Humanity and has conducted research and academic exchanges with 100 universities and institutes in 25 countries and regions. It also supported a variety of global projects, such as training programs for students who want to study abroad or conduct international research.

JGLS in partnership with ETLTC and the ACM Chapter on E-Learning and Technical Communication at the University of Aizu, Japan, will hold the Second International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Horizons (ICAIH 2025) on March 27-29, 2025. The conference aims to bring together AI researchers to showcase their work, connect with academic experts, and receive constructive feedback. The conference will feature a diverse array of speakers, industry leaders, and eminent academics, highlighting the most recent breakthroughs and upcoming trends in AI. It provides an excellent opportunity to gather insights, develop new collaborations, and explore creative ideas influencing the future of AI. In addition to fascinating lectures and thought-provoking debates, participants will get several networking opportunities to share their knowledge and learn from others' experiences.

Eligibility For The Conference:

  • Academicians, research scholars, judges, jurists, professionals, students, and practitioners are invited to submit unique work to Artificial Intelligence Horizons.
  • The conference will be focused on issues of AI, with abstracts accepted based on relevance and originality of research as determined by a team of reviewers.
  • Accepted papers will be considered for SCOPUS publishing, as well as alternative publication choices such as EDP (with DOI and indexing), Springer Nature, and ACM Books of Abstracts and Posters (ISSN).


Thematic Areas for Submission:

  • The conference welcomes submissions in the field of Artificial Intelligence in Law, topics include legal research and document analysis, contract management, predictive analytics for decision support, and the use of legal chatbots and virtual assistants. Additional focus areas are privacy, security, data governance, and the ethical challenges of AI in the legal profession.
  • For Emerging AI Technologies and Trends, submissions can explore AI applications in edge computing, IoT, generative AI, and healthcare. Topics also include explainable AI, quantum computing, and AI for social good and sustainable development.
  • In Intellectual Property Protection and Trademark Recognition, submissions are invited on AI techniques for IP protection, trademark recognition advances, and AI-assisted patent analysis.
  • Semantic Web and Knowledge Representation topics include advances in semantic web technologies, ontology learning, and the integration of semantic web with machine learning.
  • For AI in Computer Science, areas of interest include computer vision, AI in gaming and entertainment, data analytics, and ethical and social implications of AI. Submissions on AI in education and environmental sustainability are also encouraged.
  • Artificial Intelligence in Business and Commerce covers AI-driven business strategies, machine learning, intelligent automation, fraud detection, and data governance.
  • Lastly, in AI in Semantics and Natural Language Processing, submissions are sought on semantic understanding, sentiment analysis, discourse analysis, and cross-modal understanding. Overall any relevant AI topic of interest can be submitted.

 

Paper Submission Guidelines:

  • The Conference invites high-quality, original, and unpublished papers on all aspects of artificial intelligence and information management.
  • Research Paper submissions must be in English and will undergo a double-blind review by the Program Committee, evaluating technical quality, relevance, originality, significance, and clarity.
  • Participants should submit all papers electronically and comply with the conference's submission policy.
  • Research paper must include an abstract of 200-250 words and not exceed 12 single-spaced pages with a 10pt font size, including references and appendices. Papers should be submitted in PDF format via the CMT system. Supplementary material will not be accepted or considered.
  • Papers must not be previously published or under review elsewhere. Authors of accepted papers must register and attend the conference to present their work. Papers from authors who do not attend will be excluded from the proceedings.


How to Register for the Conference:

To register, authors should submit their abstracts and complete the registration form using the link  https://www.icaih-etltc.org/ The quality of the paper, review input, and the conference chairs' ultimate judgment will all be considered when determining publication in the proceedings. Important Dates:

Researchers are invited to submit their extended abstracts or full/short papers by February 20, 2025, for consideration in the Scopus-indexed AIP proceedings. To ensure full consideration, it is recommended that full papers be submitted initially. Review results will be communicated based on submission dates by February 20, 2025. The deadline for full paper submissions is March 31, 2025, with the submission link becoming available only after final registration, which must be completed by March 7, 2025.

The conference will be held from March 27-29, 2025. The top papers will be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed conference proceedings, while all other submissions, including short and extended abstracts/posters, will be included in the ACM Book of Abstracts & Posters with ISSN.
