DPS Fulbari Brings Together Students and Industry Leaders at TEDxDPSFulbariYouth

In an inspiring celebration of innovation and youthful intellect, Delhi Public School (DPS) Fulbari made history by hosting TEDxDPSFulbariYouth, the first-ever TEDx event for schools in North Bengal. Under the captivating theme "EDGE"—Explore, Discover, Grow, Excel, the event brought together a vibrant community of young thinkers and visionaries, eager to share their ideas and perspectives. The event created an environment of creativity, curiosity, and intellectual growth among the youth of the region.

The dignitaries such as Sharad Agarwal, Pro-VC of DPS Fulbari, Snigdha Agarwal, Director of DPS Fulbari, Monowara B Ahmed, Principal of DPS Fulbari, and Anisha Sharma, Principal of DPS Siliguri, attended the event, which featured a notable lineup of speakers. The event saw 10 students from DPS Fulbari and DPS Siliguri take the stage, alongside guest speakers such as Karma Thendup Bhutia from IIT Bombay and Shivika Mittal, councillor of Ward number 41. Among the speakers, five-year-old Rishaan Choudhury made history as India’s youngest TEDx speaker, inspiring the audience with his message. Another highlight was Sinjini Banerjee’s talk, which focused on finding happiness through spirituality.

The event was hailed as a success, fostering dialogue, creativity, and growth. Director Snigdha Agarwal, along with Curator Satarupa Mukherjee, Co-Curator Piyali Dutta Sarkar, and Coach Muskan Kandoi, were recognized for their efforts in organizing the event, which provided a remarkable platform for young minds to express themselves. The TEDxDPSFulbariYouth event has set a new precedent for inspiring and empowering young minds in North Bengal, leaving a lasting impact on the attendees.
