Amara Hospital and Belarus State University Announce Groundbreaking Medical Education Pact

Amara Hospital Partners with Belarus State University to Enhance Global Medical Research and Education

Amara Hospital and Belarus State University have announced a significant step for the global medical community, a collaboration that demonstrates a shared commitment to expanding medical research and enhancing patient outcomes. Faculty members from both schools will work together on a range of projects to promote excellence in teaching and research as a result of this cooperation. This partnership is expected to significantly impact medical education and research, benefiting both organizations and the communities in which they are located.

 

Tirupati-based Amara Hospital has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Gomel State Medical University (GSMU) of Belarus to bolster academic and cultural cooperation in medicine, focusing on promoting clinical observations, training programs, and research partnerships between the two institutions. Under this pact, GSMU students will be able to undertake clinical training at Amara Hospital. Additionally, faculty members from both institutions will engage in professional exchanges, collaborate on research projects, and participate in joint research workshops, conferences, and cultural events. GSMU Dean Karamyshau Andrei and Amara Hospital Managing Director Prasad Gourineni emphasized that the five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), exchanged on 4 August, represents a significant milestone in the internationalization of medical education and research.

 

The signing ceremony was attended by the District Medical and Health Officer (DMHO) U. Sreehari, Medico Abroad Chairman V. Rajaram, Amara Hospital Chief Administrative Officer Venugopala Naidu, Parents Association President Veera Kiran, and Vice-President Priyawardhana Babu.
