IIM Raipur and Birmingham City University Forge New Global Research Partnership

On August 21 the Indian Institute of Management Raipur (IIM Raipur) and Birmingham City University (BCU) established a new alliance to enhance scholarly and research cooperation. Pro Vice-Chancellor and Executive Dean of BCU Prof. Eileen McAuliffe and Director of IIM Raipur Prof. Ram Kumar Kakani signed the Memorandum of Understanding following the decision. The partnership aims to improve research and teaching at both institutions through dynamic exchanges and collaboration, benefiting faculty, students, and the larger community. The partnership, according to Prof. Ram Kumar Kakani of IIM Raipur, is a major step forward that will open up new doors for faculty and students, increase the school's global reach, and promote innovation. He underlined that the exchange programs will improve the network and encourage expansion and innovation in the future.

Dr. Shishank, an associate professor at Birmingham City University, mentioned that their efforts to collaborate academically and globally had advanced significantly in connection with IIM Raipur. He underlined that the partnership aims to benefit both institutions and the larger academic community by generating new opportunities for research, teaching, and student participation. Assistant Professor Dr. Mrunal Chavda of IIM Raipur expressed excitement about the partnership, pointing out that it will improve educational initiatives and promote international knowledge and idea sharing, both of which are essential for addressing today's problems.

Study abroad and exchange programs will benefit students by increasing their exposure to the world and widening their horizons.
