This program aims to recruit and train 2,000 entry-level employees from rural and semi-urban areas across India, focusing on skill development, employment, and contributing to nation-building.

This ambitious program aims to offer opportunities to youth from various educational backgrounds, including those with ITI certificates, diplomas, and 10+2 education. By reducing educational barriers, the program enables young individuals to earn and learn, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal development. The typical salary for individuals completing the Takshashila program is set to begin at ₹12 lakhs per annum, presenting significant career prospects for those with basic educational qualifications, a novel approach within corporate India.

Rajinder Gupta, Emeritus Chairman of Trident Group, highlighted that the launch of Takshashila marks a significant step towards growth and empowerment. He noted that the program emphasized social development, economic upliftment, and diversity, with a particular focus on inclusion. Gupta revealed that the initiative prioritizes women, reserving 50% of the positions for them, and extends special consideration to individuals from rural and economically disadvantaged backgrounds, as well as defense service veterans and national-level sports players. Gupta described Takshashila as embodying the company's philosophy of "Opportunities Unlimited," providing a platform for individuals to broaden their horizons and contribute to collective prosperity.
